Getting out of the country to a warmer destination….It seems as though this is all people are doing this time of year. Even now with the weather warming up, giving us hope that spring is around the corner, people are still taking advantage of their last opportunities to take flight and lay in the sun.
Many people prepare for their trips by eating healthy and exercising so that they are bathing suit ready. Can’t let anyone see what you have been hiding away all winter
. This is great inititive, however once on the trip many go buck nuts and eat everything they can get there hands on. I mean there is so much food available on these all inclusive trips, it seems like its a waste not to take advantage….right? If you want to waste all the time you spent getting ready for your skimp show, by all means. But if you want to maintain that hot bod, not the right way to do it.
